Enjoy the unique sweet flavour of lamb reared naturally on the herb rich pastures and wild heather moors of the dale.

Lambs are available in season - usually from September to December but where possible we’ll save you a joint in the freezer if you give us enough notice.

We can really recommend our shoulder of lamb, pot roasted slowly in the Aga while you’re out for the day working up an appetite – delicious!
